Argun test centre LTD Course Terms and Conditions

 

• • Attendance and Punctuality:

• • Prohibited Substances:
    

     

    • • The use of drugs, alcohol, and other mood-altering substances (legal or illegal) is strictly prohibited during the course.
    • • Participants found in possession of or under the influence of such substances will be immediately removed from the course.
    • • Argun Test Centre reserves the right to report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

• • Contact Restrictions:
    

     

    • • Participants are not permitted to have outside contact during the course, unless with prior arrangement.
    • • Mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent mode during course hours to minimise distractions.

• • Course Fee and Payment:
    

     

    • •  The full course fee must be paid in advance and received by Argun Test Centre before the start date of the course.
    • • Argun Test Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who has not paid the course fee before the start date.

• • Cancellation and Refunds:
    

     

    • • Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
    • • Participants who cancel within 7 days of the course or fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit the full course fee.
    • • In the event of a course cancellation by Argun Test Centre, a full refund or alternative course dates will be offered.

• • Exam Retakes:
    

     

    • • Participants who fail the exam may retake it, but they must wait at least 14 days before doing so.
    • • Additional exam fees may apply for retakes.

• • Staff Responsibility and Conduct:
    

     

    • • Participants are expected to treat the staff and trainers with respect and professionalism.
    • • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards staff or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course.

• • Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
    

     

    • • Participants must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course.
    • • Course materials, including handouts, slides, and other resources, are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission from Argun Test Centre.

• • Liability and Indemnity:
    

     

    • • Participants attend the course at their own risk, and Argun Test Centre is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
    • • Participants agree to indemnify and hold Argun Test Centre, its staff, and trainers harmless against any claims, costs, or damages arising from their participation in the course.

• • Amendments and Modifications:
    

     

    • • Argun Test Centre reserves the right to make changes or modifications to the course schedule, content, or terms and conditions as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
